I added 3D Letters under Add Object → Experimental. Google Font lettering extruded back into depth, with opaque faces.
How to use 3D Letters
- Open Studio → Add Object → Experimental → 3D Letters
- A live 3D Letters element is added to the active layer
- Tune parameters in the element card in the right sidebar (live preview on the canvas)
- Export plot-ready G-code when satisfied

Key controls
- Font: Inter, options: Inter, Roboto, Open Sans...
- Weight: 700, options: 100 Thin, 200 ExtraLight, 300 Light...
- Align: center, options: Left, Center, Right
- Case: upper, options: Original, Uppercase, Lowercase, Title Case
- Face Opacity: opaque, options: Opaque Faces, See-Through
Tune font, weight, align, case, and face opacity in the right sidebar. Open Studio to see every control.
Shuffle (in the element card) re-rolls: fontFamily, fontWeight, textAlign, letterSpacingPercent, extrusionDepth, faceOpacityMode, showFaceOutline, showFaceFill, faceFillStyle, faceLineCount, faceLineAngle, showBackFace, showSideEdges, sideRibs, sideContourBands, edgeFillet, taper, twist, depthSkewX, depthSkewY, yaw, pitch.
What I plot with 3D Letters
- Pen-plotter art on Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality, and other pen-holder setups
- Layered linework exported as G-code with pen-up travel

Objects live on layers as elements. You can edit parameters anytime; delete the element to remove it.

Yes. Use Pen Palette on a layer to split linework by color, or set per-path ink on modifiers like Offset.
