I added Tally under Add Object → Shapes & Imports. Numbered or lettered runs laid out on a grid.
How to use Tally
- Open Studio → Add Object → Shapes & Imports → Tally
- A live Tally element is added to the active layer
- Tune parameters in the element card in the right sidebar (live preview on the canvas)
- Export plot-ready G-code when satisfied

Key controls
- Sequence: numbers, options: Numbers, Letters, Roman
- Count: 24 (1-200 step 1)
- Columns: 6 (1-30 step 1)
- Start at: 1 (0-200 step 1)
- Step: 1 (1-25 step 1)
Tune sequence, count, columns, start at, and step in the right sidebar. Open Studio to see every control.
Shuffle (in the element card) re-rolls: mode, start, step, pad.
What I plot with Tally
- Pen-plotter art on Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality, and other pen-holder setups
- Layered linework exported as G-code with pen-up travel
- Combined with other V3 objects and modifiers in the same document

Objects live on layers as elements. You can edit parameters anytime; delete the element to remove it.
Does Tally work with multi-pen plotting?
Yes. Use Pen Palette on a layer to split linework by color, or set per-path ink on modifiers like Offset.
