I added Plot Frame under Add Object → Lines & Patterns. A border drawn around the artwork bounds.

- Configure border around artwork bounds in the Plot Frame card

Yes. Use Pen Palette on a layer to split linework by color, or set per-path ink on modifiers like Offset.
