Procession is an Add Object tool in Lines & Patterns inside 3DPlotter V3 Studio. One shape repeated along a path, growing as it goes.
How to use Procession
- Open Studio → Add Object → Lines & Patterns → Procession
- A live Procession element is added to the active layer
- Tune parameters in the element card in the object stack (live canvas preview)
- Export plot-ready G-code when satisfied

Key controls
- Layout — spiral · Spiral, Radial, Linear
- Shape — circle · Circle, Square, Triangle…
- Copies — 40 (1–300 step 1)
- Start size — 8mm (1–90mm step 1)
- End size — 42mm (1–90mm step 1)
Tune layout, shape, copies, start size, and end size in the inspector — open Studio to see all options.
Shuffle (in the element card) re-rolls: layout, shape, copies, twist, angle.
What you can plot with Procession
- Pen-plotter art on A4/A3 beds (Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality, and other pen-holder setups)
- Layered linework exported as G-code with pen-up travel
- Combined with other V3 objects and modifiers in the same document

Objects live on layers as elements. You can edit parameters anytime; delete the element to remove it.

Yes. Use Pen Palette on a layer to split linework by color, or set per-path ink on modifiers like Offset.
